We plan to introduce our products of IPScan and Smart IP in Tokyo Information Security Expo (IST 2010), which will be held on 12th May in Tokyo.
IST (Information Security Expo) is Japan"s largest expo featuring all kinds of information security products and services. A total of 1,416 companies from all over the world took part in 2009.

Furthermore, ViaScope is to take the keyword promotion as part of marketing strategy. From May this year, search keywords of ViaScope’s major products including "IPScan" and "Smart IP" are to be registered to world-known search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, ASK, etc.), and it will be supported with online brochures and catalogs downloadable in English from its web site.

Pioneers Japanese market, spotlighted as a leading provider of network management solutions

IP security management solution provider, "ViaScope Inc." (CEO, Chan-woo Kim) was designated as Global Star Company for the "Discovering SW Global Upbringing Company" project joint-hosted by KOTRA(Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) and MKE(Ministry of Knowledge Economy) on 21st, April.

To promote pioneering foreign markets of domestic software companies, the "Discovering SW Global Upbringing Company" project has been hosted by KOTRA in joint with NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency), KOSA (Korea Software Industry Association), ITSA(Korea Information Technology Service Industry Association) and KISIA (Korea Information Security Industry Association) for between 22nd March and 2nd April, where the program contested the competitiveness and marketability in foreign countries for final 20 selections.

ViaScope Inc. was nominated as the final in recognition of technology, export potential, and marketability. Since its establishment in 1999, ViaScope has obtained results including successful entrance into Japanese market with IPScan and Smart IP as integrated IP management solution in contract with a major distributor, whose clients include major automobile manufacturers and electronics companies.

ViaScope takes the opportunity of designation as "Japanese 10 most promising Software Global Star Company" to expand its market share by accelerating its effort pioneering the market in association with Tokyo SW distribution center.

We registered our "ViaScope" web site and product related keywords to world-renowned search engines and directory services in March this year. Anyone would find out that the keywords "IP management" and "Network Access Control" are of much interest.
Our main products, "IPScan" and "Smart IP" have been registered as keyword to world-renowned search engines (including Google, Yahoo, MSN, ASK, etc), indicating that our product can be easily exposed to the target segments. Furthermore, the ViaScope web site is scheduled to be registered with more than 80 search engines by July this year. The open directory project is originated from DMOZ (www.dmoz.comfrom directory.mozilla.org,itsoriginaldomain name) where more than a hundred thousand URLs are monthly registered directly by interested netizens, which world renowned search engines quote frequently, directly or indirectly.
